1.Assisting in writing the Job description and Posting on various online resources
2.Pre-screening, shortlisting and initially contacting the potential candidates
3.Document collection and character referencing for a successful candidate
4.Handles visas, immigration issues, deployment plan, and orientation to newly recruited employees.
Administrative tasks:
1.Dealing with various Government and non-government bodies for processing all necessary letters, permission, attestations etc.
2.Overlooking the travel and flight arrangement of the employees, assisting in obtaining the visas for other locations
3.Dealing with Etisalat, DEWA, Post office and other authorities
HR Filing System:
1.Maintain Personnel files and employee related database.
