Location: UAE – Dubai
Principal Accountabilities / Duties / Responsibilities
Interacts with customers (HR, Employees and Managers) to answer questions and provide assistance in the completion of Human Resource transactions for: Staffing & Onboarding, Employee Actions and Exit Management
Analyze data provided by Data Management; prepare ad hoc report requests (i.e. customized requests, plan reviews)
As part of the HR Service Center manage requests assigned by the Team Leader to ensure correct and timely processing of each action and query
Accurately and timely record information within several HR Systems/Applications
Compliance administration and tracking.
Demonstrate the highest degree of accuracy, courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer requests and queries
Responsible for escalation of issues in a timely manner to the HR Team Lead to ensure an effective resolution whilst remaining engaged in resolving the issue
Partner with HR BP to ensure a smooth transition from one area of HR to the other on all topics
Rescind offer letters (failed pre-employment screen, position elimination)
Special projects when required
Assistance with policy and process improvements
Stanardisation of documents and improvementsKnowledge of
Work permit process
Employment Legislation in Africa & Europe is preferred.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
Preferably 2 years or above as HR experience or 3 years as Office Administrator.Skills
Fluent Norwegian and English (written and Verbal), (Italian (desirable) and Portuguese( desirable)
Understands the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Human Resource
