The role entails booking appointments, greeting guests, completing invoicing and payments at reception, confirm client bookings and manage to generate as much business as possible through efficient and skilled bookings. Manage walk in clients and try to accomodate them. The role will report to Spa manager. Proficiency in English and Spa Softwares is required.
