This role is responsible for ensuring the business meets its Saudization percentage as set by the government. You will work with the Saudization Director and implement a Saudization strategy for both the store and head office operations.
In this role you will manage a small team dedicated to the recruitment and well being of our Saudi staff.
This will be a demanding yet rewarding role as you will be instrumental in bringing the next generation of Saudi Nationals into this leading Saudi owned International fashion retail business.
