Our client in particular is looking for candidates with the following criteria:
– At least 15 years experience in related field with managerial experience.- Outstanding knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services.- Experience in managing relationships with large clients and buyers of financial services.
Job Title: Executive Vice President – Head of Multinationals
Reporting into: Head of Corporate Banking Division
Job Responsibilities:
1- Develop the segment strategy, in coordination with the Head of Corporate Banking.
2- Review segment business plan and performance measures with the Head of Corporate Banking.
3- Ensure adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
4- Identify any gaps in existing capabilities and recommend actions to address them.
5- Discuss with Regional Sales Heads segment account plans, target and priorities and recommend changes as required.
6- Guide Regional Sales Heads in managing Team Leaders, SRMs and RMs.
7- Build and maintain relationships with large clients and buyers of financial services
8- Ensure credit functions are operating effectively and discuss (with Regional Sales Heads) customer exhibiting deteriorating credit risk.
9- Review and approve customer relationship / sales plans.
