The Handover and training manager will be responsible to develop the procedure / standard of documentation of the final handover dossier and coordinate with the technical documentation team to develop deliverables.
The handover and training team will run workshops with subcontractors on the standards of delivery with approved procedures with As Built drawings, O&M Manuals and training schemes.
This will include presentation to subcontractors any new processes that need to be implemented and followed. The training and handover manager will control the final handover dossier register / index as well as coordinate the as built drawing register.
The handover and Training Manager will interface with the T&C area Managers, Technical documentation manager and QA/QC manager to make sure a standardized process of handover and documentation is implemented and delivered by all subcontractors. Coordination with Authority interface and safety team will also be needed.
