Group F&B Operations Manager – Azadea

Identify, develop and implement plans, policies and procedures, including those related to Finance/Accounting, as per the set corporate Finance strategyReview, analyze and audit monthly financial reports and discuss them with the related F&B Brand ManagerApprove invoices, gather requirements, negotiate prices, quality and delivery to purchase F&B required products/items in coordination with the Group Procurement departmentFinalize deals with regional suppliers and follow up on renewing contractsPlan, arrange, lead and control the administrative functions, as well as monitor the daily operations of the administration sectionSet up strategic/operational plans for the group, while overseeing their execution and measuring resultsCoordinate between the operations and brand teams in order to preserve dynamic working relationships and help maximize business performanceAssist the President F&B in monitoring new F&B developments, as well as in identifying areas for enhancement in terms of financial performance and HACCP requirementsManage data collection and consolidation of the division’s reports to ensure the provision of reliable inventory, cost control and financial data
