Master User for company’s ERP, the firm uses Microsoft Great Plains to run its business, ideally the candidate is proficient in this.
Should take ownership and responsibility of the integrity of the data on the system including masters and record data
System Inventory Management, including booking and posting of purchases
Periodically confirm system and book stock and carry out approved adjustment
To upgrade and monitor the minimum, maximum and reorder stock level
Product code maintenance
System sales/receivable management including posting
All MIS reports for sales/receivables – ageing, profitability analysis by invoice/product/area/salesman etc.
System month end and year end procedure for closing and transferring the data
Design and create all MIS reports for key management
Regularly monitoring the appropriate system requirement for business and keep on upgrading it
To ensure that proper internal control exist in the system
To ensure adequacy of system internal control and audit trail.
Establish proper password control for system access, make sure all security protocols are in effect and monitor and upgrade when necessary.
