Executive Secretary (Female)

1- Ensure all Management support services.
2- Fix appointments & meetings.
3- Prepare and generate reports, Distribute correspondence, Document filing.
4- Attend to telephone calls & take a notes.
5- Prepare daily reports, presentations and other important documents.
6- Prepare the daily activity and important documents to be signed by the boss or the head officer.
7- Received and transfer important messages from clients and other important person.
8- Make and present presentations or proposals.
9- Encode and store important files or documents in computers.
10- Assure the confidentiality of important matters.
