Ensure proper filing of all relevant documents pertaining to the CFO’s office.
Manage outgoing communication / documents through different modes (Fax, mails, snail mails etc) from the CFO’s office.
Book seminar/conference rooms as and when required.
Manage the CFO’s calendar and schedule meetings as required.
Provide administrative support whenever required.
Coordinating with other departments for smooth and seamless information flow.
