Executive Director of HR and Administration – Future Career Generator

On behalf of a leading FMCG client we are seeking an Executive Director of HR and Administration for their busy Riyadh office.

Reporting to the Vice president you will provide vision, leadership, general management and operational oversight for the Administration Department in order to ensure that appropriate Administration services are properly delivered.

• Contribute to strategic planning and decision making.

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive departmental annual business plan and budgets

• Lead and monitor preparations of regular achievement reports and progress against targets and budgets and present at management review meetings.

• Act as primary contact with labour counsel and outside government agencies

• Oversee the implementation of practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale

• Work with top management to set long-term staffing goals and strategies

• Participate in the establishment standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures

• Oversee the implementation of manpower planning and recruitment activities

• Direct the process of organizational planning that evaluate structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company

• Oversee the implementation of all Saudisation plans

• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Administration and HR Departments

• Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary

• Ensure Administration and Human Resource Departments complies with Organisation policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain Organisation high standard of work and work ethic
