Executive Assistant – Astrachem

•Reading and routing incoming mail, composing and typing routine correspondences, answering and screening CEO telephone calls, and arranging conference calls.

•Managing calendar of the CEO; scheduling CEO’s appointments and meetings after coordinating directly with the CEO.

•Coordinating with the CEO regarding visitors, ensuring proper welcoming and hospitality arrangements.

•Organizing and maintaining the filing system to ensure that archiving is in compliance with the set procedures at Astra Industrial Complex.

•Maintaining all CEO’s correspondence; filing and following-up on pending issues.

•Creating and maintaining database and spreadsheet files, as well as acting as custodian of CEO office documents and records; receiving and controlling required stationary.

•Ensuring proper travel arrangements of the CEO; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiling documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies the CEO whenever requested.

•Translating memos, official letters, and other materials as requested by the CEO from Arabic to English and vice versa.
