• Provide leadership and direction on the entire life cycle of company’s calendar and events.
• Undertake the full exhibitions, conferences, and events cycle possessing commercial awareness.
• Develop a marketing strategy to develop the curent company status.
• Liaise with Operations Department for clients requirements and oversee the development on floor.
• Plans and logistics issues to ensure all required is completed on time.
• Manage and motivate the event team and sales team to achieve the annual target and deliver the agreed number of events.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
• Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.
• Accurately brief and work with show feature design and build suppliers to ensure a great looking show.
• Develop relations with current and new associations, federations and organizations to maintain and gain support in relevant industries.
• Regularly and frequently review and monitor competitive publications/exhibitions and identify new leads to ensure that sales opportunities are developed and maximized.
