Electrical Engineer – China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corporation (CPPE)

• To provide electrical installation and construction quality supervision expertise.

• Monitoring progress and performance of construction contractor during the execution of work.

• Ensuring the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to.

• Resolving and responding to technical queries from contractors.

• Reviewing technical contract documents & engineering reviews.

• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Policy, and applying Safety Management Systems.

• Perform progressive quality control and testing functions.

• Identifying & supervising design changes.

• Ensure a safe and effective execution of construction works.

• Identify and report problems to the Construction Manager.

• Participating in contractor corrective actions and ensuring resolution of nonconformities.

• Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary.

• Establish and implement Quality Audit Plans and Reports.

• Perform progressive quality control and testing functions.

• Identify & analyse design changes & modify design drawings & documents accordingly.

• Attend FAT & SAT meetings if required.

• Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start-up support to operations.

• Review and propose changes to Company Specifications.

• Review and recommend improvements to conceptual design & specifications.

• Review drawings and documents for conformance with standard specifications.

• Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary.

• Assist in final handover of documentation as necessary.
