Report to : Personnel Manager
Maintain and follow up on all personnel functions with concentration on the Legalization and documentation related to branches.
1. Follow up on documentation and finalization processes for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
2. Archive and update employee files with all employee work documents and credentials.
3. Record employee vacations and travel tickets.
4. Provide Labor Office and GOSI Authorities with all legally required documents.
Coordinate towards handling personnel functions for the branches.
