Distribution "Circulation" Director – AWI Group

-Lead the Distribution department and ensure proper distribution of all AWI publications

‐Able to handle many Distributors & ensure the deliveries of the dailies publications are delivered on time & to the right

place in every operation

‐Identify & locate the new subscriptions & ensure to update the system / Clusters accordingly as per operation

‐Recruits, inducts and trains the right caliber of Distributors in every operation

‐Scan all distributed and undistributed areas within his area of responsibility.

‐Responsible for data collection and building the data base within his areas.

‐Report and analyze the competitors’ coverage and strategies

‐Responsible for the clusters’ files & Keep it always updated.

‐Identify the suitable areas for distribution.

‐Conduct the market feedback study and analyze the readers’ interest

‐Plan the annual and periodical department objectives, strategies and action plans in coordination

‐Sets KPI’s for the team members .

‐Monitors and adjusts the distribution cluster as needed to ensure effective and efficient distribution

‐Acquires full geographical knowledge of the pertaining areas and ensure regular updates

‐Executes marketing activities as per plans

‐Caters for seasonal and emergency distributions

‐Analyze the market feedback, claimed complaints, to improve performance .

i‐Transform a wide distribution approach into a segmented and targeted distribution

‐Supervise the distribution of the publications across all operations

‐Ensure all legalization and certification of documents is as per the guidelines of the franchisor as per country`s

requirements

‐Analyze logistical problems and produce solutions

‐Manage the distribution revenues reporting, invoicing, and collection reports

‐Manage order placement to ensure orders are in alignment with availability and lead time

‐Follow up with all distribution channels for assigned areas or regions regariding the new orders and payments to be on

schedule

‐Analyse the market feedback to improve performance and prepare analysis report

‐Develop distribution budgets as per operation

-Supervise the logistics aspect of the media publications

-Develop circulation strategies regarding call center, subscription, point of distribution and quality control as per country

-Supervise the Distribution and Circulation Managers in all operations
