    I have a wide experience in delivering strategic projects and mission critical services for banking, insurance, travel, and governmental sectors.
    Has more than ten years of experience in managing people and setting strategy, vision, directions, policies and procedures for IT departments.Project/Program Management: Wide experience for more than 12 years in program/project management proven by track record of large and medium scale programs/projects for several customers especially in banking industry. Have also practiced mentoring project managers, and developing and continuously improving project management and PMO process for several organizations. The projects/programs I have managed ranges from pure software, pure hardware and infrastructure (Site and Facility) into a mix of both.
    Service Delivery:
    I also have an extensive background in delivery and support of end- to-end IT services to customers and business units in accordance to an agreed Service level Agreements (SLA’s), while setting back-to-back service contracts and Operational Level Agreements (OLA’s). I have consistent history of maintaining high availability of mission critical services, reducing costs, improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and managing the transition and establishment of ITIL framework for more than one organization in Banking and Telecom industries.
    I am also having a wide experience in leading contract negotiations, setting SLAs, managing vendor relationships and managed services from both customer and vendor perspectives.
    – Holding several professional certificates: – PMP®, PMI (Jan 2005)- Professional Program in Project Management, AUC (2001)- ITIL Expert Track, currently holding 13 credits: ITIL Foundation,Service Operations (SO), Operational Support and Analysis (OSA), and Planning, Protection and Optimization (PPO).- CISA®, ISACA (2011)
