•Assist the Affordable Development Manager with the development of recommendations for immediate and long-term affordable strategies, plans, and programs for company affordable housing programs; Assist in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, and priorities for the Municipality’s affordable housing programs.
•Assist the Affordable Development Manager in developing new concepts and identifying new affordable housing Projects.
•Assist the Affordable Development Manager in evaluating and planning for affordable projects through performing analytical studies on the project resources and plan.
•Assist the Affordable Development Manager with development and management of the Affordable Division budget as well as individual program and project budgets; provide recommendations to finance affordable programs.
•Assist the Affordable Development Manager in implementing funding strategies through business agreements, local banking, or private sources.
•Participates in the development, construction, and implementation of affordable agreements; assists project developers in understanding and complying with Municipality housing requirements; participates in coordinating affordable development requirements and issues.
•Participate in the preparation and presentation of Affordable projects progress reports and other necessary documents or correspondences to appropriate boards, groups, and/or committees.
