Planning and Administration:
o Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Top Management and Department Head/Managers with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
o Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
o Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.
o Establish the organization’s goals, objectives and ensure their delivery as per the business plan.
o Analyze and continually assess the performance of the organization against its stated objectives; enact remedies as appropriate.
o Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
HR Management:
o Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff.
o Employee development and training.
o Policy development and documentation.
o Hold good communication and needs to maintain employee relations.
o Performance management and system improvements.
o Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
o Company wide committee facilitation including planning, execution, staff including arranging meetings and agendas, attending and minting meetings.
Project Management:
o Manage project development from initiation to closure.
o Work with project sponsor and stake holders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
o Provide project schedule and complete breakdown structure to estimate low level taks and effort.
o Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
o Efficiently manage project scope by ensuring changes to the scope are documented and approved with project change request forms.
o Track and report project mile stones and provide status reports to sponsor.
o Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
o Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
Marketing and PR:
o Manage advertising opportunities in other theater programs press and other venues.
o Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary.
o Oversee the content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc.)
o Manage press developments
o Co-ordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the company.
Financial management:
o Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies.
o Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.
o Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company.
o Provide vision and leadership in long – range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.
o Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt, including refinancing and purchasing.
o Oversee fund raising efforts.
Production/QC:
o Insure accurate documentation of production and quality control data and records.
o Direct and oversee site production activities and personnel.
o Oversee and ensure high safety standards at all times.
o Direct production activities to insure safety compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance and lease agreements.
Organizational Management:
o Administer the overall affairs of the company based on the organizational policies.
Promotes effective communication on all levels of the organization.
o Proactively provide information, support and guidance to all members of management.
o Lead and facilitate project deliverable review meetings with project stakeholders.
o Able to guide and monitor sub divisions like Human Resources, Training, IT, Projects, Finance, Public Relations.
