Our client, a well-known name in the oil and gas industry is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their lubricants business in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to manage the customer order handling system, ensure on-time deliveries, attend to customer complaints and feedback related to the lubricant supply chain as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse distribution to arrange deliveries for the local market orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter customer orders into the order handling system for delivery order and ensure orders are handled efficiently.
• Record details of customer complaints and pass on the action required to the concerned team to resolve them.
• Support and work closely with the lubricant supply chain to fulfill the customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Get delivery notes from warehouse, check products delivered and submit to the Accountant.
