Customer Relation Manager – Human Capital Group Qatar

• Responsible for achieving the agreed goals set out for the Customer Relationship dept in converting inquiries into leads and supporting the ongoing communication between the team and all concern departments.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing after sales service calls to maximize relationship building opportunities and directing them to the appropriate distribution channels.

• Proactively seek to identify customer needs and effective at cross-selling and referring leads to the appropriate channels for follow-up.

• Taking full ownership of customers’ problems/complaints and ensure complete customer satisfaction of problem resolved providing backroom service support to customers.

• Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process

Pre-requirements

• Conceptualizing and managing a diverse range of customer retention campaigns and initiatives. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and championing successful execution
