The Communication Manager / Exhibitions Organizor, is in charge of Researching, writing, planning and running all aspects of exhibitions.
Mainly, the exhibitions’ Organizor will have to identify the Exhibitions related most to the company’s business and decide on which to participate at and prepare budget accordingly.
After having approved the budget, the Exhibitions’ organizer will have to:
– Prepare the Location
– Follow on construction / deadlines / compatibilities
– promote and prepare proper invitations
