To assist the executive chef/exec.sous chef/pastry chef/chef de partie in providing an effective service for all the functions and in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
* Ensure implementation of safety standards.
* Knowledge of pastry and bread products to ensure variety.
* Previous experience in similar role in the pastry field and have work in the same environment.
