You will be responsible in supporting the senior chefs to ensure smooth operation within his section in his shift. Requires to plan the operation of the section in his shift with regards to planning of manpower and scheduling of daily operations, together with commis chef, ensures that all preparations are as per production plan and all meals prepared as per standard recipes and within HACCP guidelines.
This position requires a complete competent understanding and working knowledge of all sections of the kitchen. The position will entail aspects of production, training and mentoring at a department levels.
You should be holding Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent or Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverages.
Minimum 2 years of job-related experience required. Previous work experience in Hotel/Restaurants as Demi Chef De Partie is required.
