Job Purpose / Role:
To oversee the Technical and Operational activities with National and International Carriers covering as well the Expenditures, planning, Operational SLAs, Fulfillment and Assurance Processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* To review, develop, establish and maintain end to end operational processes with carriers/vendors in order to ensure best practice is being implemented in Operations to achieve service/cost efficiency and high quality.
* Review operations requirement and identify gaps and issues to be resolved with carriers before and after service launch in order to ensure service readiness and performance
* Track and coordinate operations expenditure budget and internal approvals and to review and follow-up timely renewals of contracts with carriers
* Plan, review, enhance and document the technical setups, provisioning and integration with customers, carriers, vendors and internal networks
* Conduct service acceptance and evaluate performance for all the carriers in order to ensure the committed service requirements and SLA/KPIs are delivered by Carriers and by ITC
* Coordinate within operations and external departments in order to provide required information and assistance for planned and adhoc ITC projects
* Develop the internal capabilities of the team to carry out day-to-day activities within carrier operations interfaces
Performance Outcomes with Key Result Areas:
* Timely produce processes and procedures and execution internally and externally with existing and new carrier/vendors. Maintain up-to-date versions.
* Revision and reflection of operational requirements for any new engagement. Document gaps and pain area and timely act to enhance processes and enforce the change. Timely streamline new carriers/vendors in operations
* Controlled Opex and timely renewal of contracts.
Timely RTP creation in the system.
Carry out RFP and evaluation process until awarding.
Penalties control in coordination with finance and other ops department
* Design and operational requirements Integration implementation is controlled, testing and acceptance requirements and handover and RFS
* Submission of accepted and signed invoices along with performance reports. Timely measure and document on going performance. Timely produce operational report performance with one-to-one meeting with each carrier/vendor for review and enhancement
* Center of coordination and orchestration of activities efficiently with proper control. Escalation of any issues arise with action plan to resolve
* Consolidation and reporting of KPI’s for the functional areas of Network Operations. Streamlining among all parties involved
