Human resources/organizational development experience providing guidance and consultation to management for large organization. Responsible to develop leadership training programs to attract, develop and retain a high-potential talent and diverse workforce. Practical experience in designing training courses materials and conduct training for behaviors and leadership courses. Developing & implementation of the Career Development Program (CDP).Certifications in Training & Development.
