About Your Job:
As a Welfare Officer you will be responsible to manage an effective administrative support function within the Cabin Crew Welfare Department and provide a comprehensive welfare service to all Cabin Crew. Provide care and support to Cabin Crew who are recognized as being in need of counseling through illness or other personal challenges. Monitor Cabin Crew absences including sickness and non-availability for duty, action accordingly and provide the necessary guidance.
To be successful in this role you must be a university graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Cabin Crew with an leading airline. Experience working as a Social Worker or as Counsellor will be preferred. Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of MS-Office. Having a Valid Driving License would be an added advantage
