1) Design bids and proposals.
2) Manage submissions of bids all through its complete cycle.
3) Develop a full understanding of the company’s services and solutions portfolio
4)Identify and plan resources required for a preparing a bid.
5)Liaise with the concerned departments to get the relevant documents to be incorporated in the bid.
6)Liaise with different layers internally and externally to ensure that deadlines are met.
8)Create and manage bid documentation pool ensuring that all information and offerings are up to date.
9)Develop processes that ensure quality delivery and increase bid win ratio.
10)Provide support and assistance to other team members as required.
11)Conduct with team members, briefings, scope meetings, and presentations.
12)Act as the contact person to client by responding to queries, presenting bids and engaging in negotiations.
13)Create and maintain a date base of the bids submitted.
14)Any other assigned responsibilities.
