Ensures that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to following:
Customer Service / Quality Beverages:
– Welcomes and connects with customers.
– Determines customer needs and suggests appropriate product, offering demonstrations and samples.
– Remains focused on customer satisfaction, and thank every customer.
– Prepares beverage CCH Standard and recipes.
– Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
– Follows policy and procedure for operational flow at each station.
– Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all customer and partner interactions.
– Prepares variety of Beverages (hot and clod) and retail selling of prepared foods and custom ordered items.
– Ensures that Beverages/foods are presented in a manner to generate the utmost eye appeal.
– Responds in a positive manner to customer inquires.
