1-Knows and understands the equipment requirements and buying methods of all customers in his assigned territory.
2-Prepares proposals based on customer’s requirements and standard technical specification.
3-Negotiates sales contracts, finalizes sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables.
4-Follows up on customer’s complaints and reports to management major complains related to products and/or services.
5-Delivers equipments to customers and familiarize them its operation.
6-Promotes sales through making sales calls, identifies and solicits potential clients.
7-Monitors and reports on market trends and competitor activity.
8-Is able to operate equipment and keeps up-to-date on specifications and features. Is fluent on the advantages and benefits against competing equipment.
9-Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
