JOB SUMMARY
Collecting sales cash & Checks form Van Salesman & Sales representative in RSU and verification the cash with system, and deposit cash money in bank.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect sales cash & Checks from Van Salesman & Sales representative after verification from system sales report. In case of any discrepancy should immediately report to AR Section Head.
Make sure to keep sales cash safely and same day deposit in bank
Collects deposit slips from Van Salesman & Sales representative directly depositing in Bank and submit to AR Section Head.
Check and verify stations bank deposit schedule and incase of non compliance immediately inform to AR Section Head
Conduct stations petty cash audit.
