ABOUT THIS JOB
Artificial Lift product line is a portfolio of products including Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), Progressing Cavity Pumps (PCP), and Surface Pumping Systems (SPS), as well as specific engineering, project management and well monitoring services. Our ESP systems can operate in harsh downhole environments that include high gas-to-oil ratio production, heavy oil, high temperatures and abrasive-laden fluids. New systems also address the needs of coal bed methane, CO2 floods, and subsea production.
This role will be the primary, full-time Artificial Lift technical liaison for a key customer, and will be responsible for developing a strong working partnership with key customer technical personnel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Be responsible for understanding and translating technical KPIs relating to ESP performance
Proactive Analysis
Trending across Basins, Fields and Areas
Reporting
Support technical reviews and studies
Be responsible for developing a thorough understanding:
Application Profiles
Typical Equipment Design Strategies
Identification, monitoring and reporting of Trouble Wells and High Profile Wells
Sharing Lessons Learned across Business Units
Evaluating New Product Opportunities
Evaluating Technical Differentiation
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years ESP experience or Master’s in Engineering with 3+ years ESP experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Advanced Artificial Lift applications technical skills.
Superior interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Fluent Arabic is beneficial but is not essential.
Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.
Intermediate problem solving and project management skills.
Excellent organizing, planning, and presentation skills.
Must be action oriented, ethical in values, and customer focused with a drive for results.
Ability to manage time and make quality decisions.
