•Responsible for the application of the internal policies and procedures.
•Responsible for drafting all necessary internal memos and ensure to receive the proper signatures.
•Responsible for receiving and managing the petty cash.
•Responsible for preparing letters of certificates for the employees and follow the necessary signature scheme.
•Responsible for updating employees’ files.
•Supervise the management business trips.
•Supervise the preparation of the attendance lists.
•Responsible for preparing end of service letters and certificates
•Responsible for preparing employee training schedules after communicating with the head of departments.
•Responsible for preparing annual employee vacation plans.
•Supervise the exit and entry for foreign employees.
•Supervise and GOSI related issues.
•Responsible for visa issuance.
•Responsible for drafting employee offers and contracts.
•Handling residency transfer issues from and to BMK.
•Responsible for bids, purchasing orders, and confirming recipient of goods and services requested.
•Responsible to follow up with insurance companies (offer requesting, renewal of insurance policies, adding and removing employees and family members…).
•Responsible for following up with the labor office and other governmental agencies.
•Responsible for drafting warning letters.
•Responsible for building maintenance.
•Responsible for following up with media and public relation companies.
•Supervise the recipient and delivery of faxes and emails.
