POSITION WILL BE TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN BAHRAIN
To be responsible for updating the Bank’s telephone directory including branches.
To receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences.
To arrange internal / external meetings, attending and preparing minutes.
To manage travel arrangements and related services for the team.
To properly maintain schedules and calendars of the team.
To receive, direct and relay telephone messages and correspondences.
To maintain databases, general filing system and file all correspondences.
To assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conference calls, presentations and workshops.
To provide word processing and secretarial support for the Division.
To follow up on pending issues with internal and external parties.
To manage general office equipment and stationary.
To handle the preparation of staff expense reports and reimbursement requests such as travel expenses, etc.
To maintain confidentiality regarding divisional and business matters.
To performs routine administrative tasks within the Division.
To properly handle all the routine clerical works in her area of responsibility.
To handle any other task assigned by her immediate Line Manager.
