We are looking for an experienced Account Manager that has experience with Digital and Advertising Agencies. He/She must be proactive.

1) Responsible for digital project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
2) Provides day-to-day client contact, managing the relationship and expectations in accordance with agency philosophy
3) Builds thorough digital understanding of clients’ business
4) End to end project management of digital and social media campaign.
5) Ensures that agency systems and procedures are followed including writing creative briefs, digital proposals, studio briefs, etc.
6) Solicits and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
7) Builds full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
8) Successfully participates and is involved in the processing of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedure
9) Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
10) Utilises agency resources appropriately and efficiently
Skills
1) Full knowledge of the digital media industry
2) Preferably 2-3 years digital agency experience in account management
