Our showrooms in Kuwait and Oman are looking for Showroom mangers as part of our expansion plans this year, (1) showroom manager is required for each country with the following duties and experience:
•Manage the Sales Team and the sales process and achieve team targets for all key metrics on a monthly basis.
•Review daily sales activities, campaigns, team product knowledge and showroom presentation so that Branch remains focused on delivering strong monthly results in line with objectives.
•Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded and maintained.
•Manage showroom resources, including duty shifts, for the benefit of the customer and the Company.
•Deliver the best possible Customer Service Values to improve customer loyalty and recommendation
•Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly sales targets for the showrooms and projects
•Ensure that all staff understand these targets and to deliver the results for the business
•Responsible for the development and growth of project sales
•Accountable for the development of all staff within the showroom
•Ensure that levels of customer service exceed customer expectations
•Recommend new product line and business areas to grow the business
•Ensure after-sales-services are conducted effectively
•Update and maintain products on Social Media channels i.e. Instagram, Facebook etc…
