DB engineering was established at the end of 2015 as a private entity providing technical scope services to various customers in Kazakhstan. The scope of completed projects to date includes EPC services for one of the major medical institution (President's Hospital, Astana, 90,000 sq.m) in supplying and commissioning a nurse call system by Ackermann, Germany, start-up of the LED street luminaires production factory in Karaganda for Ecolampa LLP.
Current projects include process controls and instrumentation design projects in O&G sector in partnership with SazanEng and West group engineering companies in Atyrau, Western Kazakhstan.
As a Project manager I'm fulfilling SCM, EPC roles, providing consulting and managing services, actively involved in design and commissioning activities along with the team of 10 technical specialists.

This comprised of resolving logistical issues, managing warehouse (1.5M USD worth of equipment) stock, personnel management (headcount of 25 technicians and engineers, vendors and service providers), finding technical solutions and workarounds, implementing ad-hoc modifications.
Personal contribution includes finding practical engineering solutions within allocated budget resources and timeframe, total savings 0.5M USD.
Systems comprised of structured cable network (Cisco network), building management systems (controls and fire protection) by Siemens, CCTV by Microdigital and HP, PA, access control by Siemens, hospitality TV by PWV, nurse call system by Ackermann.
Single-handedly completed systems handover to the Customer and project closure.

Held the duties of front line technical support both in the office and on sites for two major Customers in Kazakhstan - Agip and Asian Gas pipeline. Combined fleet count - 16 Gas compressor and Power generation units. Resolved issues in both controls and mechanical scope of work eventually contributing to new order intake. Executed Root cause failure analysis, increased machinery Reliability and Availability numbers thus contributing to higher contractual income. Developed and maintained the problem resolution tracking system, provided guidance to the Customer with contingency stock planning. Developed and headed execution of a yearly maintenance plan for the fleet. Provided guidance and mentorship to a team of field service engineers.
